Centar za karijere mladih Dubrovnik
Youth Career Centre Dubrovnik (CKM Dubrovnik) is a Croatian non-profit organisation based in Dubrovnik, dedicated to education, employability, social inclusion and active participation in the community. Although it grew out of youth work, the organisation today designs and delivers programmes for people of all ages and backgrounds, from young people and students to adults, older people and vulnerable or disadvantaged groups, including intergenerational initiatives that connect different generations. Through non-formal education, workshops, career guidance and community events, CKM Dubrovnik helps people develop their skills and turn their potential into real opportunities. It has extensive experience in EU-funded cooperation as both coordinator and partner, and works with universities, public institutions and civil society organisations across Europe in the fields of higher education, youth and adult education.
